Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw Scheme

• Eligibility for Entry: Participants are entitled to receive one lucky draw voucher for a minimum total purchase of Rs. 2,000/- from any combination of food or retail outlets within Gulshan One29 Mall on a single day. Multiple invoices from the same day can be combined to meet the eligibility criteria.
• Exclusions:
  • Purchases made at ‘Movie Max’ Cinema, including tickets and food items, are not eligible for this offer.
  • Purchases made at flea market are not eligible for this offer.
• Ineligible Participants: Employees of the Gulshan Group and tenants of the mall (excluding ‘Movie Max’) are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
• Invoice Submission: Participants must present the original invoices to the Customer Care/Facilitation Center of the mall maximum by 8:00 PM on next day following the purchase to claim their lucky draw voucher.
• Voucher Issuance: Upon successful submission of invoices, participants will receive a lucky draw coupon bearing their name and a unique coupon number. The coupon will be placed in a sealed box in the participant's presence, and the counterfoil will be handed back to the participant for future reference.
• Delivery Exclusions: Purchases delivered outside the mall premises, whether through the outlet itself or third-party delivery services, are not eligible for the lucky draw.
• Announcement of Winners: The date for the lucky draw winner announcement is 14th February, 2025 at 8.00 p.m. Winners must present the original counterfoil of the coupon to claim their prize.
• Right to Amend: Gulshan One29 Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Free Parking – Terms and Conditions

Gulshan One29 Mall is offering free parking to customers under the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

• Customers visiting the Mall can avail of the free parking facility for their vehicles.

2. Minimum Purchase Requirement:

• Customers are eligible for the free parking facility upon making a minimum total purchase of Rs. 1,000/- in a single day from any combination of food outlets located in the Food Court on the 3rd Floor.
• Multiple invoices from the same day can be combined to meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Exclusions:

• This offer is not valid for purchases made at ‘Zoreko’ and ‘Remix’ located on the 3rd floor.

4. Invoice Verification:

• Customers must present original invoice(s) to the Food Court Manager on the same day of purchase. The contact number for the Food Court Manager is 9958362586.
• The Manager will give parking token to the customer after verifying the invoice(s).

5. Parking Slip Validation:

• On submission of Invoices(s), the Food Court Manager will give a parking token for the free parking to give at Parking exit counter along with the Customer’s Parking Slip then Customer will not be charged any parking fees upon exiting the Mall on the same day.

6. Modification of Terms:

• Gulshan One29 Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By using the free parking facility, customers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
